Project case study deliverables, stack, and results achieved.
The ARQORA website was designed as a luxury digital patient experience, not simply a traditional clinic website. The experience translates the ARQORA brand into a digital journey built around trust, natural aesthetics, clinical expertise, and personalized care. The public website presents the clinic philosophy, doctor profile, treatments, selected smile cases, patient experiences, testimonials, educational journal content, and consultation booking through a premium bilingual interface. The platform was developed with full English and Arabic support, including native RTL behavior and dedicated typography using Manrope for English and Alexandria for Arabic. Alongside the public website, a custom CMS was developed so the ARQORA team can manage every important part of the platform without changing source code. The CMS includes management for homepage sections, doctor content, treatments, smile cases, testimonials, journal articles, clinic information, branding assets, media files, SEO, and multilingual content. A custom online consultation system connects directly to the CRM workflow. When a visitor submits a consultation request, the system creates or updates a unique lead record instead of creating duplicates for the same person. Multiple appointments can therefore remain connected to a single customer profile. The CRM includes lead stages, assignment, follow-up dates, activities, appointment history, internal notes, status history, and patient conversion. A centralized media library allows images to be uploaded once and reused across the platform while maintaining metadata and usage tracking. The website also includes a centralized SEO system covering static and dynamic pages, Open Graph metadata, canonical URLs, hreflang, XML sitemaps, robots management, redirects, structured data, and image alt-text auditing. An analytics layer provides visibility into leads, appointment requests, conversions, treatment interest, lead sources, follow-up activity, and operational performance. The platform was subsequently hardened for responsive behavior, security, performance, and production deployment on Hostinger. The final result is not simply a website, but a connected digital patient acquisition and clinic-management platform.
