Project case study deliverables, stack, and results achieved.
The Cookma e-commerce platform was developed as a custom system designed around the brand rather than adapting Cookma to a generic store template. The customer experience follows Cookma’s approved visual identity, combining warm cream backgrounds, vermilion accents, editorial typography, premium bakery photography, rounded interface elements, handwritten brand details, and generous spacing. The storefront includes product discovery by category, product listings, product detail pages, cart functionality, checkout, customer accounts, promotional areas, branded banners, featured products, gift boxes, rewards content, brand storytelling, and an unlimited social gallery. A structured product catalog was created with 34 products distributed across Bakery, Pastries, Desserts, Coffee, Spanish Iced Coffee, Cold Beverages, and Boxes & Gifts. On the management side, a dedicated admin dashboard was developed to give the business centralized control over daily operations and customer-facing content. Administrators can manage products, categories, prices, SKUs, stock levels, product images, inventory, customers, orders, order status workflows, promotions, loyalty content, pages, navigation, media, social gallery content, homepage sections, banners, and general website settings. A custom content management layer allows key website sections to be edited from the dashboard, including hero banners, promotional banners, copy, calls to action, story imagery, shop banners, and other branded assets. The entire solution was developed using the agreed technology stack of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL, keeping the system straightforward to deploy and manage on standard PHP hosting environments.
